What does your unit's normal week of PT look like? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-does-your-unit-s-normal-week-of-pt-look-like

Throughout my career in the Marines and Army I have seen many units perform PT at different degrees of difficulty and to different standards. I've always wondered what the true baseline is between the Services. Currently at my unit we have;
Mon/Wed Runs 5-7 Miles
Tues/Thurs Some Sort of Circuit
Friday Ruck.

I've also been curious about what the Navy/AF Morning PT is like.
