What dog breed can I take on my PCS to Germany?

Not really answering your question but pcsing with an animal is really expensive. You could be out of pocket more than a couple of thousand dollars. I would research the expense before you purchase conus. Might be cheaper to buy when you get there.

You can take any breed, but shipping dogs can get into the thousands of dollars each way. The bigger the dog the more the price goes up exponentially. Might be a better option to get a dog when you're there
