You'll be told to show up at PT formation and class formation. They are dead serious about staying away from the IET students and messing around with one will get you UCMJ. Other than that, you're on your own time once class is over. I do not have any significant or veritable knowledge in this matter, but I have been trying to locate a group of folks that have experience with the transition back in. Ive been in contact with a few fellas that want to reenlist, but can't seem to get recruiters to take them seriously. That said, I hope to learn more about your experience via RallyPoint as you progress so I can pass it on...or at least have another person to whom I can redirect the questions about reentry. Good luck to you. Same billets, same classes- tho you should ace them, and normally you would be put into a leadership position. I came in 73 and 2/3 of my platoon was SVN vets, who had been E3-E6 and where now E2-E3. I learned one hell of a lot from them!
