Depends on the length of your contract and how many points you will be able to accumulate. You need 50 points for a good year. You have a few options: 1. Talk to your CoC about completing split drills in between your contract. 2. Talk to your CoC about splitting drills with a unit wherever you are contracted. 3. Drop to IRR or ING.CPT Private RallyPoint MemberSun, 28 Feb 2021 05:46:54 -05002021-02-28T05:46:54-05:00Response by SGM Jeff Mccloud made Feb 28 at 2021 9:04 AM

Request a transfer to ING, should just be a 4187, for 12 months.
You will get no points for those 12 months.
You will eventually get a transfer order to ING, but your unit can write a memo for your employer.
You will need another 4187 to come back from the ING.SGM Jeff MccloudSun, 28 Feb 2021 09:04:05 -05002021-02-28T09:04:05-05:002021-02-28T04:53:08-05:00
