<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Straightjacket impedes driving. J/K. Other than labs I handle most stuff with tele-meds. They even sent me an IPad. I first had a CBOC appt in person. They did admin and triage there, sent it to Dr. and he came on video for visit. It was before COVID outbreak. VA is a process, and you have to follow it. They have never refused me for consults etc. You have to be your own advocate and be persistent.
