CW2 Private RallyPoint Member 918534 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was really looking forward to them shutting down AKO email. <br /><br />Long story short, my AKO email was farmed out by bots.<br /><br />For years I&#39;ve gotten spam that I can&#39;t unsubscribe from, nothing I can do about it except hope that they were going to shut down AKO permanently. I tried at one point in getting AKO to change my address - no dice. They just said don&#39;t worry about it, we are migrating to OWA eventually and AKO is going away.<br /><br />I thought it was June 2015 time frame, but it&#39;s still listed on global, you name it.<br /><br />What gives? 2015-08-26T00:01:46-04:00 CW2 Private RallyPoint Member 918534

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>AKO email Is gone for good. With regards to spam, AKO had a service to get rid of them: [login to see] .mil. very efficient if you ask me but not sure if it works after the change.
