She still hasn’t received my O6 memo from brigade. Is there anything I can do at this point? I had my unit forward the email to them and they still haven’t done anything. Do they not want to release me? Am I going to lose this job? It’s for a whole year. It may be necessary for your 1SG or Commander to check in on this personally. I wouldn&#39;t assume that anyone is being disingenuous or deliberately trying to delay you -- I think it&#39;s just more that some units can have a difficult time staying on top of admin stuff like this (not an excuse, just an observation), so having your CoC bring a little extra visibility and pressure on this topic is what I would do.
