<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>All service boot camps will recycle trainees who are on a temporary profile provided they have missed too much training to graduate. Recycle means that they are placed in the next starting class. They usually do not send them home, they will work around the training environment until there new session begins.CSM Darieus ZaGaraThu, 05 Sep 2019 05:00:22 -04002019-09-05T05:00:22-04:00Response by WO1 Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 5 at 2019 6:02 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>For Army, and i assume all services, it just depends on the severity of the illness. We had dudes who would break bones and they would be "on-hold" until healed and recycled to finished training. If it ends up being (hopefully not) a chronic problem with a more significant medical issue that would prevent them from serving then they would go through the steps of discharging the individual.WO1 Private RallyPoint MemberThu, 05 Sep 2019 06:02:36 -04002019-09-05T06:02:36-04:00Response by SGT Javier Silva made Sep 5 at 2019 10:02 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>First, you'll get sent to sick call with your med chit. If the medical personnel determine that you are to be in a LIMDU status, your training will continue with a reduction in the actual physical activity that you are required to do - i.e. you may be required to continue classroom training, but not PT. If the medical personnel determine that you are not allowed to train, you will be given some time to rest and get better. If you miss too much training, you will be recycled to the next division that comes through, and will be required to repeat any not completed satisfactorily. If the medical team determines that you should not longer be in, a medical discharge will be started.SGT Javier SilvaThu, 05 Sep 2019 10:02:07 -04002019-09-05T10:02:07-04:00Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 6 at 2019 1:38 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>They'll give you Motrin, a ZPack and tell you to drink water. If you aren't in the hospital you're usually training.SFC Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 06 Sep 2019 01:38:01 -04002019-09-06T01:38:01-04:00Response by PO1 Terry Van Ausdall made Sep 7 at 2019 12:45 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>When I read this, I had to laugh... Everyone gets sick in boot camp with all of the shots and you would have to be practically near death to get pulled out. In boot camp I had pneumonia and a 105f fever. After having to convince the company commander that I was not pretending, I went to after hours medical where they just had me drink enough ice water to get my temp down then sent me back to my barracks.PO1 Terry Van AusdallSat, 07 Sep 2019 00:45:08 -04002019-09-07T00:45:08-04:002019-09-05T04:35:22-04:00
