I have written a lot of these 1059s. They do not reflect negatively upon the Soldier and it’s better to go home for medical than to risk further injury. She got a medical exemption and came back. If you get a medical exemption you can come back and try again. It's only if you fail to complete any of the requirements that it's hard to get back and you get a negative 1059. So if you failed both APFTs and had no medial issue that would get a "failed to complete course standards." SFC Private RallyPoint Member Fri, 07 Sep 2018 13:01:11 -0400 2018-09-07T13:01:11-04:00 2018-09-06T21:24:16-04:00
