If you end up owing your ex-wife alimony, that would have to come out of your base pay I believe.Response by SPC Joseph Wojcik made Jun 3 at 2018 2:10 PM2018-06-03T14:10:58-04:002018-06-03T14:10:58-04:00LCpl Ferdinand Hughes3688757<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It depends, are you the custodial or non custodial parent? Are you required to pay child support? Are you living in government quarters (barracks) or off base? It makes a difference because you can get either BAH with dependents for child supports purposes only OR they may give you BAH Differential if living in government quarters. It's case by case basis for your personnel administration to determine. Paperwork is key.Response by LCpl Ferdinand Hughes made Jun 6 at 2018 7:26 AM2018-06-06T07:26:20-04:002018-06-06T07:26:20-04:002018-06-03T10:44:04-04:00
