What happens when your signing bonus does not arrive within the 45 days following the date of effect as outlined in the actual contract?

I had an email that bonus payments to USAR or NG (I forget which) aren't being paid because of an issue with the system that pays the bonuses. It hasn't been fixed and there's no idea of exactly when it will be fixed. However, once it is fixed everyone who was entitled to a bonus will be paid.

CPL Lewis, you need to discuss your payment issue with the unit administrator. They are the ones who handle initial signing bonuses in a USAR unit and they will know why it is delayed.
