I'm interested to learn how the Ukranian Conflict has been able to influence how we treat and evac wounded.

I deployed to Ukraine last summer. I'm not sure how much we can learn. Here is what I have observed: If you have CLS, RFR, or any version of TCCC, you are probably more qualified than most Ukrainian medics. When we were giving TCCC classes, the students were loath to use medical supplies for training. They were overjoyed when we provided them with materials to use in combat.
I'm also aware that Americans fighting there are being treated in Landstuhl, just like we did with our own combatants in our recent wars.

One big thing I have noticed by following a lot of people on Linked In, is that don't expect medics to have any immunity from flying lead, as posting for medics KIA is pretty high on the Ukrainian side. Images from the quality of care once they get back to rear seems to be high. A lot of volunteer surgeons are over there assisting the Ukrainians Medical Staff. Some images of what appears to be advanced prosthetics are being used now.
