These are literally the same pictures, it&#39;s just that the headgear part confuses me. I haven&#39;t really found anything anywhere in AR 670-1, and if someone could point it out or the difference at all or if anyone would notice the difference while wearing it, that would be much appreciated. If you wear one headgear with the other uniform it will stick out pretty quickly. It says on the picture that multicam headgear is only authorized with multicam uniforms and the same with OCP. There is a clear difference between the patterns.....maybe not at 100m......but there is a difference. Head gear, as stated previously, is pretty much and organizational item.
