Can you do both? There are to many variables to stick to just one. <br />You can come across an IED while walking or you could come across an IED while driving. While driving you could blow right through the IED and continue on until you're in a "safe zone" or the lead vehicle can be disabled and you all are stopped behind it with no option but to dismount.Response by SPC Stewart Smith made Jan 15 at 2020 9:40 AM2020-01-15T09:40:45-05:002020-01-15T09:40:45-05:00SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member5445840<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you can do both than I would do that. You have only a certain amount of time. Not to mention you have to do your CRM, Intro of yourself and lecture than hands on if necessary. So best thing to do is ask your daily sqd leader to provide better direction of which one to use or if both try to squeeze it in. Best to at least askResponse by SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 15 at 2020 9:53 AM2020-01-15T09:53:19-05:002020-01-15T09:53:19-05:001SG Private RallyPoint Member5445998<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would do both, and please take it seriously dong just do it yo check the block. If so teach that one with the other in reserve. Dismount is the one I was given at WLC. On patrol, pro word for you IED, cordon / security, call up your 9 li e for the item. (Have the 9 line done in advance don't try to do it right there on the spot. Don't over think it. Check the STP make sure you hit all the key points, the rest is in how you present it. Give them an overview of the class (crawl) rehearsal (walk), then do it live (run). Stay positive and motivated and it is an easy 100.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 15 at 2020 2:33 PM2020-01-15T14:33:17-05:002020-01-15T14:33:17-05:00SFC Luis (Coolwhip) Ochoa5446597<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Talk about it among your classmates! <br />That’s how y’all learn! <br />Don’t settle for an ese answer on here<br />God speedResponse by SFC Luis (Coolwhip) Ochoa made Jan 15 at 2020 2:38 PM2020-01-15T14:38:40-05:002020-01-15T14:38:40-05:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member5447543<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Go to the Army Training Network in AKO. You can search and find the TE&O, or Training Evaluation and Outline. It will give you all the steps that must be completed to perform the task. It will even tell you what training aids are required to conduct the training. Your SGL should be able to get some training aids for you. The steps will create your speaking piece and incorporate the training aids where applicable.<br />This is what everyone is supposed to be doing for training. You can read about it in FM 7-0 and the Leaders Ghide to OBJ -T.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 15 at 2020 9:31 PM2020-01-15T21:31:10-05:002020-01-15T21:31:10-05:00SFC Luis (Coolwhip) Ochoa5481353<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Ask your SGL for guidanceResponse by SFC Luis (Coolwhip) Ochoa made Jan 25 at 2020 7:45 AM2020-01-25T07:45:58-05:002020-01-25T07:45:58-05:002020-01-15T08:34:36-05:00
