Just pay attention to the radio class and manual gunnery. Majority of the knowledge will be gained at your future unit. If you're fortunate enough, you'll be assigned to a cannon unit and study manual gunnery for degraded standards. Pay attention to your comms classes and charts and darts because that what you're going to be doing as an FDC guy. And you will forget over half of it by the time you get to your unit. What you DO with the information you learn will depend on if your S1, battalion level or platoon level. And remember, 90% of you job will be troubleshooting issues.
