Alex Arce 5182748 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Currently in the process and not much information about what the reserves component is like for 37F. I know it is different than active and there is no selection. I was curious what drills are like and what the deployments are like considering 37F Reserves deploy more. I asked my recruiters and none of them really knew much about the job or specifics. What is 37F in the Reserves like (both deployment and drills)? 2019-10-30T11:33:02-04:00 Alex Arce 5182748 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Currently in the process and not much information about what the reserves component is like for 37F. Additionally, soldiers skills and never ending equipment maintenance. If lucky, am airborne operation once every 3 months if the unit has paid parachutist positions.<br /><br />Best of luck on your endeavors! You will never have to worry about making up days for the year. 75% of the PSYOP strength for the Army is in the reserves so you do the math, the reserve component carries a lot of the weight. It’s a great job in the reserves though. Although if you have family you have to tell them you will be gone a lot. Between deployments and schools it’s a lot of time you will be giving to Uncle Sam. And I hope you have an understanding civilian job. At times it felt like I was back on active duty. But it truly is the best job in the Army!
