What is a good list of books that addresses military leadership?

If the still have them, I believe it's the FM25 series. These were handed out when I was in, after you made Sgt. E-5.

I know that the commandant of my branch school publishes a recommended reading list. I assume others do as well. I suggest checking your branch website as a potential source

"It's your Ship" by D. Michael Abrashoff. Easy read. Solid leadership skills that are easily missed.
