Sora, the realtor I worked with is [login to see] . She wrote me tonight she would have Ashley email me however until then this should be a good start. They took good care of me while I was in Seoul. They will guide you to foreigner friendly housing. They will guide you to more high end housing that is in line with the OHA rates paid to military, DAC, and DODEA. If you need to slum it, make it know. Make sure you understand the rates when it comes to electricity as power is expensive. Some have bottled water included. Trash is fun. I like the area outside of Camp Coiner but parking can be an issue and the skinny steep roads are a pain in the winter. If you want a bit of a commute, you can get cheaper housing and not live around a bunch of foreigners. Traffic may be an issue so ask about that. Subway is an option along with buss.
