I don't believe that you have to have a FaceBook account to watch this and you should. It's very inspiring. No, I'm not going to take up ballet tomorrow, but there are a few things I can do and I'm not going to let my age stop me. How about you?

"What is age keeping you from doing?"
Just about everything I did 50 years ago.

CPT Jack Durish Not age Jack, physical problems and the satisfaction that I have been there and done that. A late friend always said, "if the place we are going is not nicer than my home, I don't want to go@. I agree!

Absolutely agree. Age is a disability. Excess weight is a disability. You can do something about one, but not the other. Still, plenty have done plenty in spite of their disabilities. I will be forever inspired by Noah Galloway

Very impressive to say the least. I always admire old-timers who seem to be able to do just about everything they could as a younger person, esp endurance and running type activities. As long as the body and bones hold up a person should be able to keep going for quite a while if they set their mind to it.

Old age is not as bad as I thought it would be.

True and fortunately our health is still holding up fairly well. I have had to slow down considerably but try to achieve the same general feeling of results from what I do now as what I used to do.
