In garrison I have two standard binders with one for soldier info and copies of all their documents from myself as well as one with master copies of counselings etc and section inventory. All purpose, keeps everything dry and easy to pack. That way if someone needs a copy i just hit print if there isnt a printer you still have all the info available.
