In garrison I have two standard binders with one for soldier info and copies of all their documents from myself as well as one with master copies of counselings etc and section inventory. I hate paperwork with a passion, but it is a necessary evil. All purpose, keeps everything dry and easy to pack. Actually I even kept my green book in a freezer ziplock in the field and I never had any issues. That way if someone needs a copy i just hit print if there isnt a printer you still have all the info available. Any tablet will do. I just pulled out what I needed from a plstic tub file and then rotated the paperwork as needed for each student.
