What is going on the all of these 'notification removed' notices since the revamping of RP?

So are the 'notification removed' updates a glitch with the new version of RP or are a lot of people all of a sudden doing something and then undoing it? Since the update to RP, I have noticed a significant increase in seeing these in my notifications. I was just wondering...maybe, I am being a bit to sensitive? LOL!

SPC(P) Jay Heenan SSG Carlos Madden Carlos is correct. since they added the Share Link option RP has deleted posts in the ask question that under the new system should be the Shared link. when they delete them all of the up votes and comments cause you to get that message. And yes I was the one that asked this yesterday.

This was a similar question asked yesterday as well. It's likely because the original post was incorrectly posted in Answers and removed so any links directing there no longer work.
