What songs help you push through a hard run, or push yourself hard at the rack?

Here are some of my go-to tunes:

Man In The Mirror – Michael Jackson
I like the introspective nature of this one. It makes a good warm up song.

The Resistance – Muse
This one has a solid tempo, and relics that make you want to push.

Remember The Name – Fort Minor
Great for pushing weights around, or getting over that treadmill plateau.

Momma Said Knock You Out – LL Cool J
Don't call it a comeback! I like this one no matter if I’m running, working legs, or working the heavy bag.

I Don't Wanna Stop – Ozzy Osborne
This one is good for picking up a run with a moderate tempo, good for drawing out your stride.

Thunder Struck – AC/DC
I could work out to AC/DC all day long, but this song is my favorite.

Happy – Pharrell Williams
May seem a bit out of place, but I like this one for finishing a run, or cooling down after a heavy weight day. I put that sh*t on shuffle and let the jam session commence! Be warned: I have been caught rocking out and singing along to "Physical" by Olivia Newton John! One of my kickboxing coaches gave me a great cardio playlist on Soundcloud so I use that for running.

When I'm doing kickboxing, I like the angry stuff like Rage Against the Machine, LL Cool J, Eminem, Nine Inch Nails, Metallica.

My fight song is Rage Against the Machine - Killing in the Name of and Gourilla Radio Response by PV2 Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 3 at 2015 8:31 AM 2015-02-03T08:31:25-05:00 2015-02-03T08:31:25-05:00 1LT Private RallyPoint Member 451913

Sometimes I will listen to some epic classical music, jazz, Gospel music or just a sermon from my favorite preachers depending on my mood in the moment. In PR my playlist consisted pretty much of rock, Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, Fall Out Boy, Rev Theory, Skillet, etc. Here, everything changed to Salsa and regueton. This song is my run saver, whenever it comes up I can't help but to pump my chest and run harder.
Cc SFC Private RallyPoint Member SFC(P) Private RallyPoint Member
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSqxmIcsTdA

Victor Manuel & Gilberto S.
