However, if as you perform your duties, you find yourself proficient and likening your job, perhaps take advantage of it. Get all the available training post AIT and certifications to you from DAU you can(you will become extremely familiar with them). That way you could become one of those civilians either as a contractor or a GS (preferable). That makes all the difference in the information he is seeking. 36B&#39;s that are in the Reserve, Guard, and AGR don&#39;t function the same as traditional (non-AGR) active duty 36B&#39;s. Additionally, the promotion system between the components are totally different. So different that if you did the research you would actually see we have great promotion rates at the junior and senior NCO level.
