The other day, I saw that they were offering Airborne school for guardsmen who accept full time work. The WTC seems to be a beneficial place to work. Tons of high-speed potential mentors and great schooling opportunities. Has anybody ever worked there/does anybody know people who work there? I would like to hear about their experiences! It wont be a 9-5 job, they take their requirement to provide high quality training very seriously. I've worked with them and attended a few schools that they've hosted. They are very good at what they do. I'd jump all over it if I were you.Response by MAJ Milan George made Sep 18 at 2018 11:07 AM2018-09-18T11:07:12-04:002018-09-18T11:07:12-04:00CH (MAJ) Luke Phillips3974873<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>WTC is a great organization. It's a very unique experience. I definitely learned a lot in my two years working there. But expect to work when you go there. I worked countless weekends and long days. I did leave with a few School in my belt. But the challenge is that it's only for a few years at a time. if you're okay moving there for a few years then it's great.Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 19 at 2018 2:31 AM2018-09-19T02:31:21-04:002018-09-19T02:31:21-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member4021991<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Best career move I ever madeResponse by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 5 at 2018 6:36 PM2018-10-05T18:36:29-04:002018-10-05T18:36:29-04:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member4106559<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>A great experience all around. As a junior enlisted soldier the exerience you would gain there from being part of a mission focused Battalion where most the cadre are senior NCOs...you would have great mentorship...just bring your A game..it's definitely combat arms focused mind set...meaning you carry your own weight..sort of if you struggle with a APFT for example..anyways..hell yeah..I wish I could have stayed longer...great experience..with real soldiers...Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 6 at 2018 10:31 PM2018-11-06T22:31:24-05:002018-11-06T22:31:24-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member4609545<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It's a great place to work.
