It's a great company but the nature of the Beast is very Mercenary for the Right Price we will sell our souls to the Devil and Have. LOL! Vision, I would have so say Vision, All the Companies and Organizations that I have worked for have Lofty Goals and they try really hard within reason to accomplish those Goals. Core Values are great, hopefully they are more than Words on a Piece of Paper. I think most try and Maintain Core Values but they can be lead astray easily by Customer Demands. I have seen it first hand and I think that its sad when you have no core value of integrity to be better then most. I think we got there as a team so why not work like a team and not step on the little guy on the way past them. Just my thoughts. The core values help shape those who are dedicated to the mission to provide the vision of what we want in our military.<br /><br />You could switch the words around like : Navy Core Values help shape those sailors who are dedicated to the mission to provide a vision of what we want in our Navy.
