What is my next move after graduating from BLC?

I just graduated BLC. I'm promotable. What is my next move? I turned my 1059 into S 1. I know that it needs to go to HRC

Go on your promotion point worksheet and make sure your APFT and weapons qual are up to date.

The system for promotion to SGT and SSG has changed. When you arrive to your unit, if you are eligible, you will go on the list for promotion review and a board. There is a time-in-grade requirement for SGT however, so I'm not sure how you're promotable coming out of BLC. If you are not on the promotion review list for the board, you will be barred until you are. Get familiar with the new system. It can be found on HRC's website.
