Civilians = Indecisiveness especially at a McDonald&#39;s Drive Up Window. WTF, they haven&#39;t changed much in 50 years, thats why we go there, everyone knows what is on the menu and for the express service...........which is screwed up by someone taking 10-15 min looking at the menu. No phone call, no vacation paperwork, nothing. They are simply not there that day.
