I'm still in AIT and an E1 will be going to fort Stewart in June. I've been looking online but can't find info on what's kept in the apartments they assign. Such as a bed, dresser, is there a kitchenette? So on...if anyone can tell me or knows where to find it on the fort Stewart home page I would appreciate it! If Stewart has upgraded all their units then you should have a room to yourself with a room mate having their own room. Then there is a common area with a medium refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, and sink. <br /><br />What you might be thinking of is for individuals in the rank of SSG and above. Fort Bragg has apartments like that. It is geared towards those who get BAH.<br /><br />Now if you are a single parent you are authorized on post housing or you can get off post housing. In your room you have bed, tv stand and desk with two chairs. Its 2 or 3 rooms and a common area.
