However, if they work in the field, etc. that could change. Send another message and request a read receipt- this will let you know that they have read it at least, then expect a reply within the next business day after read. Sometimes people get a lot of emails that they miss them, are having email issues, forgot to put an out of office and are TDY, or they may just not do the whole email thing right. Calling should put you in touch with at least someone that can direct you to what you need.
