I tried looking it up, but cannot find anything saying what SQI that is. I've never had an SQI, although I am supposed to go to recruiting school SQI code "4" within the next few months. I haven't heard back from career manager. The first is E/O for enlisted or officer, the second would be the skill identifier, EE (enlisted mountaineer), EX (Drill Sergeant), EO (Enlisted no special qualifications).
Another example:
11C3X (Mortarman, Staff Sergeant, Drill Sergeant)
31B2O (Military Police, Sergeant, No special qualifications) Response by SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 12 at 2024 10:05 AM 2024-04-12T10:05:14-04:00 2024-04-12T10:05:14-04:00 2023-04-23T11:22:21-04:00
