However, the information published in the Annex is more specific (format is the same as the FRAGO) but it almost repeats itself. I question the use of the Annex as it appears to be another FRAGO in this context. <br />What is this section often used for? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Go look in the Appendix...I believe it&#39;s Appendix G or H of the FM. It lays out the details of what each Annex, Appendix, Tab, Chart, etc. are supposed to be.<br />To your point, typically, Annex C is used to include graphics, add&#39;l maps, supporting details to the operational / tactical plan, etc... Also, typically a FRAGO is just that - Fragmentary - and isn&#39;t designed to be extremely long. <br />That being said, it is possible that the use of Annex C with a FRAGO could be necessary if the Annex is providing amplifying information for what is written in Paragraph 3 of the Base FRAGO. If however, it is just copying and pasting from the FRAGO, it&#39;s a waste of time....and reeks of the school house mentality where everything was judged by thickness!!!
