What is the best cell service provider at Fort Polk?

I have T-Mobile and its bad. All my coworkers have At&t and they have service even in the ranges, fields, everywhere.

At&t sold a new phone to my nephew KNOWING he was going to South Korean duty station where it would NOT work locked with a payment plan - and they are located on a military base? Give me a break!!! So the phone is USELESS until it is paid off or until he returns. GREAT JOB YOU WORTHLESS POS AT&T!!!! VERIZON ALL THE WAY FOLKS!!!!!

I use Straight Talk which uses whatever carrier is available in the area. I have had no issues. Gov't cells are AT&T.
