WO1 Private RallyPoint Member 4350085 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am at the last stage of my flight warrant packet. I am attempting to have my packet in for the May board and the only item which I am lacking is a LOR from a Senior Flight Warrant Officer. I am not in an aviation unit and the only experience which I have had with pilots is jumping out of their aircraft. Is the best COA for me to just go down to the flight line and start asking around for friends or is there a better COA? I appreciate any advice. What is the best COA to pursue for obtaining a LOR from a Senior Flight Warrant Officer? 2019-02-07T21:05:15-05:00 WO1 Private RallyPoint Member 4350085 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am at the last stage of my flight warrant packet. You can call up there or email for a meet and greet. I received my letter of recommendation simply by impressing one of the team CWO’s on a deployment. He was very willing to connect me with another warrant who knew a senior flight warrant. The warrant community is comparatively small and tight knit, so chances are if you connect it’s any warrant officer you’ve worked with then they can point you in the right direction and help you network. Its really not uncommon and I don&#39;t know of a single Senior Warrant that doesn&#39;t set aside time for them. If you are serious, I would contact the Div Avn Section and speak to them to arrange the interview and LOR........Good Look and keep pressing.....Drive on trooper AATW!!!!!
