What is the best course of action when DTS keeps rejecting my voucher?

No Funds available and i have to keep submitting! Whats the best course of action?

Sounds like an issue with the line of accounting. Not uncommon around the beginning/end of the FY.
If so, that is an issue for your G8 or SOTS.

If your AUTH was already approved then the funds should have been ear marked for the VOUCH. If it was for the end of FY 17 they may have moved all the funds to a new year ending LOA so you may have to resubmit the voucher under a new LOA. Talk to your S3 and get a status of which LOA to use. Definitely try and get this done ASAP especially if you have charges on your GTC that need to be paid.

I would talk to somebody up the chain and see if it is a funds problem or as some have stated a LOA. I would not wait and keep trying something that is not working.

Mine kept getting rejected and inability to even sign. Took some work but DTS clerk discovered my name and account was linked to the wrong unit funding source.
