What is the best duty station with reasonable BAH?

SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member as SFC Uriah Jones stated, there isn't one. It's based on covering 80% of rent and utilities for an average dwelling. The rate is tied to cost of living. If you are looking for a high rate PCS to the metro NY, Boston, or Honolulu area's and good luck. It's not going to translate to a sweetheart deal. I had to work hook and crook to get E6 and below, and anyone else for that matter, to get people on Post in North Jersey at Picatinny. It was really tight for them to live down town despite a high BAH.
