To even give a leader the slightest idea that something like this would be ok is just compounding the problem. For the Soldiers (E4 and below) that are present here on rally point, this may prove to them that a lot of leaders just don't care about people! We really need to evaluate what we are posting here and think about the effects it may have on the group.
