What is the best online resource for learning Polish or Russian?

I don't know if it works for adults, but my daughter only let's the kids watch a movie on Netflix one time in English. After that they can only watch it in a foreign language. The oldest is 10 she is conversational in Spanish, and French, and speaks a smattering of Korean, Turkish, and German.
