The Navy taught me some learning techniques that were just the trick. Now once I had that tool. I would say TOPS School, Telecommunications Operations Specialist School. College Level Course for Telecommunications Managers. Chief Instructor had 2 colored pens, Red was wrong (Spelling, Grammatically, Technically) I think the other one was blue or green and that meant there was a better way to phrase it or do it, Not Technically Wrong but not quite right either.
