In my opinion, "humility" is very important. You must be able to take advise in order to learn. I've seen too many young NCO's that are too prideful to take advise from anyone.

Character
I think your most important trait as a leader is character. It is the first and most important attribute in the leadership model. Without character you cannot be a true leader.

No not necessarily there are a lot of traits and sub traits that fall under them. You have presence, intellect, confidence (that would fall under presence), etc. I think what SFC (Join to see) mentioned about humility would fall under character as a sub trait.
