Understand however, that you will have to accept a commission, which may mean the cancellation of an enlistment, unless you complete the full enlistment or I or to a commissioned appointment. This will be important if you received an enlistment or re-enlistment bonus which may have to be paid back. I had a lieutenant with this issue.
