It's the same for most MOS, get a 110 GT score and hold an E-4 or higher rank. Get a few Warrants to sponsor you and sign off on your packet.

To be a signal warrant you have to be an E-6(waiverable i believe) with 60 college credits 3 NCOERS(waiverable) with network plus and security plus. Among with the warrant packet
