It is one of the most flexible and efficient close air support weapons system ever fielded. The A-10 is a close second for me, and it can operate in a less permissive environment. If you consider bombing missions (from interdiction to strategic bombing) then the B-52 is the oldest and boldest weapon system. It can deliver iron bombs, smart bombs, cruise missiles, and nuclear weapons.

You can literally mow the grass with this weapon and you have probally saw it in the movie Preditor where they fight the pred in the forest. It carries around 2400 rounds and weighs around 300 pounds fully loaded with charger...two man weapon for sure...unless your Aronold.
