The BLUF: only 40% of us use ANY of the benefits we've earned, and that 40% ends up getting about $13K in VA (this does not include the state and local ones out there) benefit each year.

Imagine "TurboTax meets Veteran Benefits". It includes the entire gamut of health care, educational, social/psych services, and so on.
