If you had an opportunity to tell the incoming President and SECDEF what their biggest priorities should be, what would you say? What is the biggest issue facing the Biden Administration within the DoD? What should be the biggest priority? 2021-01-20T13:01:20-05:00 SSG Carlos Madden 6676907

New POTUS. New incoming SECDEF. Biden is viewed in the light shed by his time as VP. Lots of people look at him poorly because of things that happened during those 8 years where they felt the Military and National Defense as a whole were not a priority. He will need to earn that trust back. And there would be those who want to maintain our overall strength with the hope we don’t destroy our abilities. Hopefully we will get a good understanding in this first year of the plan of this administration. As for being able to address issues with this President I would not be confident in his abilities. Just my personal opinion. Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) gives an advantage to a military. Some examples of RMAs in WWII are Blitzgrieg, Air Craft Carriers, Atomic Bomb, P-51s, and Amphibious landings.

Long range hypersonic missiles scare me.
