Currently in an AFSB and am about to receive OIP from ASC, regarding my BDE's MRT program. Would any MRT's know of the training requirement/policy that addresses whether or not MRT is a requirement for civilians?

SFC (Join to see) just remember when it comes to required training for civilian's you can only ask or recommend.

It is recommended but not mandatory. You can find the full explanation in the Regulation that covers The MRT program.
