I'm trying to transfer from one TPU slot to another TPU slot. I have in hand a signed (via CAC) gaining/losing commander, and myself on the 4651. <br /><br />What I need apparently for the IPPSA process is a face to face signed counseling 4856 (basically to tell me in writing to make sure my GPC balance is zero, and I will continue to drill with my current unit until orders are published transferring me, and it's on my shoulders I communicate any changes to all parties involved) conducted by an Army Reserve Career Counselor. <br /><br />Where are these people? How are they reachable? Why are all the contact numbers for the 63rd Readiness Division dead ends?
