I&#39;m trying to transfer from one TPU slot to another TPU slot. I have in hand a signed (via CAC) gaining/losing commander, and myself on the 4651. <br /><br />What I need apparently for the IPPSA process is a face to face signed counseling 4856 (basically to tell me in writing to make sure my GPC balance is zero, and I will continue to drill with my current unit until orders are published transferring me, and it&#39;s on my shoulders I communicate any changes to all parties involved) conducted by an Army Reserve Career Counselor. <br /><br />Where are these people? How are they reachable? Why are all the contact numbers for the 63rd Readiness Division dead ends? Why are the retention and counselor numbers dead ends as well?
