What is the course structure and workload for the non-resident Master Leader Course?

Has anyone completed the non-resident MLC yet? I am asking because I am interested in learning about the course structure and work load. Keep in mind I realize that choosing between resident and non-resident is not my choice but I would like to reasonably prepare for either outcome. Thanks!

SFC Thomas Gould, thanks for the update! I got an email from ATRRS stating that I have been enrolled in the Distance Learning Class from 5 March 2019 - 16 April 2019. I am currently my Squadrons Operations SGM and I can't imagine being away for 8-12 hours a day for 4-5 weeks working on this stuff. I hope I can get some buy in from my Commanders and CSM to allow me time to work on this.
I have heard horror stories about this course from some of my peers. I really don't know why the Army feels the need to change up our NCOES system every few years. But, it is what it is. I will try my best and see what happens.

MSG (Join to see) - There's a memo that mandates commanders to provide their NR MLC soldiers ample time to complete the required weekly course work. If you run into flak, just make sure your course facilitator reaches out to your unit and you will be good to go. Trust me, you will need to take a knee from a day job standpoint. This is an NCOES, which is extremely important from a career standpoint because if you bomb it, you can really hurt yourself.
That aside, thanks for the congrats! I'm hoping they flip the ATRRS switch before the end of this week so I can pop on the November promotion list. Congrats to you on your selection and I wish you the best in the course as well!

Thanks for the tips. I am currently in week one. Still brainstorming for Command Structure on Anaconda. The rubric to me seems a bit bland then what I am used to in my online college courses.
How are the essays SA 1-2-3 online? A co-worker said at the resident course they are timed.

I am working in a remote exchange position. Are their set login times or is it more like online college with a due date for each assignment?
