What is the current Army waivers process? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-is-the-current-army-waivers-process <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Let’s take it back a couple months. I was trying to get waivers to come back in as prior service (RE3 code). I was kicked out for a misconduct charge. I was found not guilty and charges dropped 5 MONTHS after being kicked out. My unit kicked me out before any kind of disposition. Come to find out I was wrongfully arrested as they were looking for someone else. Anyway, can anyone shed light on how the waivers process works now? Is it back to how it was before a ton of people got disqualified for ASVAB scores? Or am I wasting my time again. It sounds like a no brained unless you are leaving something out. If so, they should be able to trace the workflow and see where its at. If not, gather all the documentation for the wrongful arrest, etc, write a detailed applicant statement, and work with them to get your waiver interviews done. Be aware that as a PS applicant, if you are approved to come back in your choice of MOS will be needs of the army. If your separation was based solely on a matter brought by civil authorities, which the civil authorities cleared you of, you may stand a good chance at getting your record corrected. If your record is corrected it may be possible that you may no longer require a waiver.<br />I&#39;m sure a search here will provide a link to the process.<br />If you weren&#39;t clear, even though charges may have been dropped, it will be a taller hurdle. Burden of proof is on you. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 15 Jan 2019 16:52:38 -0500 2019-01-15T16:52:38-05:00 Response by Ranger White made Jan 15 at 2019 7:36 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-is-the-current-army-waivers-process?n=4289859&urlhash=4289859 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>From my current position I believe their letting USAREC take care of some waivers like they used to due to heavy workload for the surgeon general . Provide a copy of ALLto USAREC Recruiting Company Commander and sit back and wait for 6-9 months. You may want to enlist the help of your Congressional/Senatorial Representative. No easier way to resolve my friend. As a DA HR guru this is what I would have recommended to any case we received.
