As a 68W you will still do your TC3 and EMT continuing education, with other opportunities available. Your experience in a CSH will be vastly different from your AIT buddies going to Infantry, Cavalry, Artillery, etc. units. As a 68W you are expected to to be able to float like a butterfly between the Line (Hooah Army) MEDDAC (Clinics and Hospitals) and Medical MTOE units (Combat Support Hospitals, Area Support Medical Companies). As you are close to Madigan there MAY be opportunity for you to do rotations at the Hospital. Take college course, if there is opportunity take AEMT or other certifications, take them and do well.
